Helmet warranty & repair

Is there something wrong with your helmet? Then you can easily submit a warranty request. Below we explain to you step by step how that works.

Warranty notification

You can register your helmet through our return en warranty service:

• Fill out the form completely.
• Please include a clear photo/movie of the problem.
• After registering your warranty request, we receive a return request which we usually review promptly on business days.
• Upon completion, you will receive instructions to send de to us.

Replacement helmet

In principle, we do not offer a replacement helmet during de repair period. Only if de supplier decides that de needs to be evaluated en turns out to be unsafe after repair, we can make an exception.

Repair & parts

• For example, if a part such as the sun visor is defective, it will be repaired by us or de supplier.
• De repair takes an average of 2 weeks.
• Has de warranty period expired? Then you may be charged for parts en labor.

There is no need to make an appointment. Please note that we cannot repair de helmet directly at de counter.
