Return Policy

Not satisfied with your product or is it defective? No problem, we'll make sure everything is resolved nicely. At Vespucci, we try to make the return process as easy as possible.

Return conditions:

• You have 30 days to register your product for return.

• Exchanges to another size can be made within 30 days of receipt.

• The product must be in original condition, including packaging.

• If de packaging is missing or damaged, we may charge extra for it.

• The product must not have been used or assembled.

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except when you choose to exchange for a different size helmet. Then shipping is free.

• A refund will be issued within approximately 10 business days of receipt of de return.

• Would you like to exchange a product? Please indicate this via the return form.

• If you are returning a communication system, it must be fully reset to factory settings. If this has not been done, we will charge €15. Please also make sure that all fasteners are unused. If this is not the case, there will be an additional charge of €23.95.

• Please note: We are not liable for return packages if you choose uninsured shipping.

RETURNING IN 3 STEPS

1. Report your return: Use our returns portal. Enter your order number en email address to register your return.

2. Pack the product carefully: Pack the product well, preferably in de original packaging, to avoid damage during transportation.

3. Submit your return: Deliver your package to a service point en use the shipping label you receive after registering de return. You pay De shipping costs through our returns portal, unless you choose to exchange to another size helmet - then shipping is free.

Additional information:

• Returns not notified through the returns portal will be charged a €10 handling fee.

• Missing or damaged packaging may incur additional charges.

• Would you like to exchange a product or have you received the wrong item? Please indicate this via the return form.

• Exchange in our store is also possible. For this you do not need to register your return.

• Note: Sometimes we run promotions when you purchase two products. If you decide to return one of these products, de promotion expires en you will be charged the full amount of the remaining product.
