Frequently asked questions about delivery
I did not receive a track & trace, what now?
You will usually receive De track & trace between 3 en 4 p.m. on de delivery day. Also check your junk mail/spam folder.
My order is on "on de ," what does that mean?
The product is currently out of stock. You have placed a back order. We usually expect to deliver this within 1 to 2 weeks.
My order is on 'on de ', do I need to do anything?
That is not necessary. As soon as the product reaches us, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace. You do not need to send a separate message for this.
I want to cancel my order, is that still possible?
As long as your order is not yet at 'completed', you can do so. To do this, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number. After 'completed' cancellation is no longer possible.
I ordered over the weekend, when will it be delivered?
Orders through Trunkrs are delivered Monday evening. DPD deliveries take an average of 3-7 business days.
My package says delivered, but I haven't received anything. What now?
Ask your neighbors or roommates first. Still nothing? Then fill out the report form at:

Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship via DPD in Belgium en de EU countries. Average delivery time is 5-10 working days.
Can I still change my delivery address?
You can only do this while your order is pending. Please send us a WhatsApp message directly with your order number.
What happens if I am not home at delivery?
Trunkrs tries again or delivers to neighbors. DPD often delivers to a local parcel point.
