How can I track my order?

Once your package has been handed over to de carrier you will receive an e-mail with your track & trace number.

Can I still change my order?

As soon as your order is received by us we will start packing en shipping immediately, so we can deliver de products to you as soon as possible. Will I receive an order confirmation when I place an order?

It may take up to 30 minutes before you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. It may also end up in your spam box. I have returned my order to Vespucci. What happens now?

The moment we receive your shipment you will receive a confirmation of this en and we will start working on de your request. Unless you have requested to exchange your product, we refund the purchase amount as soon as possible en will be back into your account within 5 working days.
