I received the wrong product

That is of course very annoying! Fortunately, you can easily arrange this yourself via our returns portal. Below we explain exactly how it works.

Register return

Visit our returns page via de link:
vespuccireturns.returnless.com

• Please fill out the return form completely.
• Select in de that you received an incorrect product.
• Please indicate whether you want to receive the correct product or a refund.

What happens next?

• We receive your return request en manually approve it on business days.
• After approval, you will receive an e-mail. This email will tell you how to create a return label in de portal.
• Use this label to return the package to us free of charge.

Important information about returning

• You don't have to put anything in de box. Thanks to the return label, we automatically know which request belongs to your package.
• So you don't need to include a bill or return form.
• All the information about your preferences (money back or right product) is already in our system through de portal.

What happens after receiving the package?

• We usually process your return within 1 business day of receipt.
• During busy periods (such as peak season), this may take up to 2 business days.
• Do you opt for a refund? Then we will refund the amount as soon as we receive the return in good order.
• Do you choose the right product? Then we will ship it as soon as your return is processed. De delivery time is then the same as for a normal order.
