Package arrived damaged

Did your order arrive damaged? That is of course very annoying. No worries, we are happy to help you. Follow the steps below to easily report de damage. We will then handle this through our insurance.

Roadmap for damage during delivery

1. Fill out the claim form:

2. Please send an email with clear photos of de damage:
   Photos we need:

   • De damage to the product
   • De outside of the package (including shipping label)
   • Possibly de inner packaging

3. We file a report with de insurance company:
   Your report is processed on business days en forwarded to our insurer. De review takes an average of 1 to 2 weeks.

4. Receive a solution by email:
   You will be notified as soon as de has proposed a solution. This may be (partial) compensation or a new product - depending on de severity of de damage.

Can I just return the damaged product?

Please wait with this for a while. In most de we have enough with your notification en photos. Returns are sometimes not necessary.

When will I get a response?

We usually confirm your report within 1 business day. De insurance company responds within 1 to 2 weeks. After that, you will receive an email from us with de outcome.
